Because I totally believe in starting every meal with dessert (oh how I wish!), this Panda Cupcake Tutorial from Bakerella gets the spotlight first.  I love that you can change the pandas smile just by moving around the sprinkles.  So cute!

Next up is a fabulous list of 25 Refreshing Summer Treats!  I saw this the other day just as I came in from spending the afternoon power washing our deck.  Glamorous, I know!  Anyway, there were a number of these I was ready to try after that.  I know my kids will love the Lemonade Stand Popsicles as much as I'll love the Strawberry Lemonade.  Thanks Desiree from 36th Avenue for this Delicious Round Up!

{football friday} hats

Maybe it's the cheerleader in me, but part of what I love about football season is showing your team spirit.  I'm a tshirt, jeans and flip flops kinda girl so the beginning of the season is just perfect.  I love to wear hats as well and wanted to spruce up the typical "baseball" hat I have plenty of.  I found Lisa from Petal Chic Boutique as was in love!

{football friday} wreaths

Today begins our new series, Football Fridays!  With Fall arriving many of us are pulling out our wreaths to decorate those bare fronts doors.  Why not show your Team Spirit!  I am loving each of these wreaths for all different reasons.  I do have to say I would love each of them a tiny bit more if they were Virginia Tech Hokie wreaths but they are able to be customized.  Perfect!

I love how simple yet fancy this wreath is from Pink Lemonade Designs.  It's perfect for the front door that doesn't want to scream I love College Football!

 This wreath from Jennifer is another example of a gorgeous, subtle wreath.  I love how she used yarn and fabric petals!

This Game Day wreath is all about Team Spirit!  Noone will doubt who you are rooting for.  I love the ribbon and just the all out, "I love this team" statement it makes.

Recently I was on the hunt for a Superhero Pinata for a customer of mine. While searching, I found the most amazing Pinatas ever! The shop, TripleJCrafts is a small business run by owner, Joy. She specializes in custom pinatas which are truly to die for and I am not a huge pinata girl. Stop by and give Joy a visit when you are planning your next party.
