Cake Pops are a delicious trend right now that I will fully admit I love a little too much!  I mean really, they are the perfect portion!  If you have never made them before, I found this great tutorial from Jamie at Love and Butter.  You can find the entire tutorial here, but for now I will just share some of her amazing photos!

Maybe it's the cheerleader in me, but part of what I love about football season is showing your team spirit.  I'm a tshirt, jeans and flip flops kinda girl so the beginning of the season is just perfect.  I love to wear hats as well and wanted to spruce up the typical "baseball" hat I have plenty of.  I found Lisa from Petal Chic Boutique as was in love!

Lisa creates stylish fun hats for everyday and your fave team.  There are many designs to choose from and you even get to choose the hat color! 

I will be sporting mine tomorrow.

{football friday} wreaths

Today begins our new series, Football Fridays!  With Fall arriving many of us are pulling out our wreaths to decorate those bare fronts doors.  Why not show your Team Spirit!  I am loving each of these wreaths for all different reasons.  I do have to say I would love each of them a tiny bit more if they were Virginia Tech Hokie wreaths but they are able to be customized.  Perfect!

I love how simple yet fancy this wreath is from Pink Lemonade Designs.  It's perfect for the front door that doesn't want to scream I love College Football!

 This wreath from Jennifer is another example of a gorgeous, subtle wreath.  I love how she used yarn and fabric petals!

This Game Day wreath is all about Team Spirit!  Noone will doubt who you are rooting for.  I love the ribbon and just the all out, "I love this team" statement it makes.

I have 5 nephews that play baseball, so when I saw this dessert table over at Spaceships and Moonbeams, I instantly thought of them. You could easily change it a little to add team colors or make the banner have the team name on it. This would be great for a Birthday or End of Season party.
